Additional Services
Same-day Rush:
All of our Real Estate packages includes a 48 hour turn around. If you need it same-day there is an additional 50% fee and we will process it as fast as we can. In the event we cannot meet this same-day guarantee, no rush fees will be charged.
Distant Travel:
We are located in New Westminster and primarily serve New West, Burnaby and North/East Surrey within a 15km drive. We also serve the entire Vancouver Metro area. Additional charges will apply for travel to outlying communities. We will travel to communities outside of the GVRD area on a negotiated, per job basis including Squamish, Whistler, Nanaimo, Victoria, Parksville and Chilliwack. Travel costs beyond our normal area (within Approx. 15KM of our office in New West) are subject to $30/hour + $0.68/km charge or as negotiated per job. Any ferry fees, bridge tolls, parking or additional charges will be billed at cost.
Return to Property / Reshoot:
If we are required to return to a property at no fault of our own, a second shoot will be billed in full.
Cancellation (without 48 hours notice):
If cancellation is required less than 48 hours prior to the shoot, a minimum 50% fee charge may apply. If the photographer has already traveled to the work site, the full cost of the shoot will be billed.
Wait Fees
If the photographer is required to wait more than 15 minutes at the site after the scheduled shoot time, an additional $60 per hour fee will apply, billed in 15 minute increments.
